Hardie has worked with our son and been an extension to our family for the last four years.  He has not only been incredibly helpful with navigating the recruiting process but also serves as a mentor and life coach.  He is a man of high integrity and has gained our utmost respect and trust.  Very knowledgeable of both the college and pro scouting landscapes.  Grateful to have Hardie as part of our son’s support system and would highly recommend him to any parent seeking sound advice in navigating the recruiting process and to surround their athlete with an exceptional support system.

Dylan graduated early from Brookwood High School near Atlanta, GA and enrolled for the Spring of 2023 at the University of Alabama. During the Winter of 2024-’25 after entering the transfer portal, Dylan transferred from Alabama to Boston College and now has three years of eligibility remaining.)

Hardie Jackson is a special person.  In addition to having tons of connections and credibility with college coaches, Hardie really got to know my son Forrest, both on and off the field.  He attended far away games, communicated with Forrest regularly, and had meals with him, from time to time.  Hardie’s deep commitment to Forrest allowed the two of them to establish a meaningful relationship and Hardie was there for him to offer support and encouragement through the tough times (and there were many) of the recruiting process.  Hardie also worked especially hard, and he never gave up, which in the end, made a difference.  To top it all off, Hardie is a really great person.  He not only helped Forrest navigate the often-difficult recruiting process, but he also helped me.  For these reasons, I consider Hardie a friend.

Carl Lietz (Father of Forrest Lietz, 2023 Baseball commit to Birmingham Southern. After a successful Freshman year at Birmingham Southern, Forrest transferred to Davidson College where he played his 2025 season and has two years of eligibility remaining.) Forrest graduated from The Wesleyan School in the Spring of 2023.

Hardie played an essential role in my son's successful recruitment.  He provided guidance and mentorship in not only the recruiting process, but also time management, tenacity and communication.  With Hardie's guidance through the recruiting process, I watched my son transform into a confident young man who is ready to compete at the next level.

Hardie provided an objective, professional assessment of Logan's baseball talents and academics which allowed us to be efficient with our time and target the right schools.  When Logan chose to switch positions late in the process, Hardie quickly adapted our strategy and found several schools with openings.  In the youth sports world of today, it is rare that an athlete has someone in their corner, other than their parents, who is working 100% towards their success.  With Hardie, Logan found that support, and he could not be happier with the outcome, and neither could I.

Kyle Brock (Father of Logan Brock, 2024 Baseball commit-Belmont University. Logan had a great 2025 season at Belmont and then transferred to Kennesaw State University where he will play this year, 2025-2026.)  Logan graduated from Lassiter High School in the Spring of 2024.

We are eternally grateful to Hardie for helping Henry realize his dream of playing college baseball! Henry is a very talented young athlete with exceptional work ethic and confidence. But there are thousands of other kids who are equally gifted and hard working; how do you make your son noticed and picked out of a very crowded field?! It was particularly challenging year for the ‘25 HS graduates in light of the new NCAA baseball rules that shortened the school rosters, and made competition particularly fierce. This is where Hardie proved to be absolutely invaluable - he opened the doors we did not know existed, he made connections we would have never made on our own. Hardie was relentless in reaching out to coaches, following up on every possible lead, and advocating on Henry’s behalf. He unearthed college camps we did know about and advised Henry to attend the relevant ones. Throughout the entire process Hardie mentored and coached Henry in a nurturing way - as important as the outcome was, it was equally important for Henry to learn the communication and emotional skills. At the end of the grueling two months of travel to multiple camps, the strategy worked - Henry was recruited to play for the great school and great baseball program!

Thank you, Hardie!

PS. Henry has younger brother (Andrew, 2028) who aspires to become a college baseball player, and we will be calling upon Hardie soon…

Navigating the recruiting process was overwhelming and kind of scary for me.  My parents worked tirelessly to help me, but there was just so much that we didn’t know or understand about the process.

Hardie helped us understand the process and navigate through it all.  I became confident in making and taking calls with coaches.   I knew what to ask them to find out what school was best for my needs.

As an athlete, you have to do the work yourself on the field to earn the opportunities.  Hardie worked with me hand and hand through every showcase to make sure I was mentally prepared.   What Hardie does is make sure you know how to get those coaches out there to see you and give you feedback.   Coaches have so many emails they have to sort through so it helps to have someone advocating for you.   I received several offers and was able to make a decision that best suited my needs.   Hardie was and still is a huge part of this process for me and my family.  Thank you Hardie!!

When your kid falls in love with something, you want to do everything you can to help him. Regarding the recruiting process, as a parent, you feel powerless. You support your son, video every outing, and pray. It can be tricky to be a parent and manage recruiting. That’s where Hardie comes in. We were introduced to Hardie when our son was early in his development as a player. We were encouraged to get someone to help us navigate the recruiting world. It seemed a little crazy to us. While this was not our first child to go to college, it was our first child with the dream of playing college baseball. We met with Hardie several times. Hardie’s vast knowledge of the game, coaches, schools, and recruiting process made hiring Hardie easy.

There were so many positives about that decision. First, Hardie cared about our son. Yes, he wanted to see him attend his “dream” school, but more importantly, he tried to help him discover what school that might be. Hardie sat with our son and gave him guidelines and things to consider. He helped him establish reasonable short- and long-term goals. Hardie held him accountable, and he pushed him to excel. While our son could not see “the big picture” as he persisted through the workouts, practices, injuries, tough outings, and glory plays, Hardie knew the end game and did a fabulous job keeping our son accountable to his plan and goals. If a door closed, Hardie pointed out others that were opening. He was always accessible. He always listened. Hardie came to games, and he got to know our family and our son, both as a player and a person. Most importantly, he was able to articulate that information to the right people. Hardie helped our son and our family navigate the world of recruiting. Even once our son had signed, Hardie followed our son and checked in. He did this because Hardie genuinely cares. He is your ally. We are blessed to have been connected with him four years ago.

" It became apparent that the recruiting process was more complicated and time consuming than we knew and we needed guidance and advice. This is when I reached out to Hardie Jackson for counsel. Hardie was able to open doors for my son that would have been otherwise impossible to open.  Hardie has put my son in contact with some of the top D1 baseball schools in the country. Hardie also provided us sound advice on how to handle college visits in terms of important questions to get answered. At this point my son has received 4 D1 scholarship offers.  I greatly appreciate the guidance and effort that Hardie provided us!!
